Builder Offers Year-End Bonus on New Homes at Green Hills in Lakeside

Michael Gregory Builders is offering home shoppers a year-end bonus with the purchase of any Phase 2 home at Green Hills in Lakeside. Individuals who purchase one of four available homes by December 31 can use the bonus toward closing costs, or design center upgrades such as designer flooring.

Phase 2 homes, which will be move-in ready in February, come in two-story floor plans ranging from 2,666 to 3,234 square feet. Homes have four to five bedrooms and 2.5 to three baths. Two of the homes also include boat-deep, drive-through garages with front and rear roll-up doors.

Additional features, such as front-yard landscaping, granite countertops and a full-height or walk-in pantry, also come standard with these homes.
